PRESEC EMPLOYEES CO-OPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LIMITED
Presec Employees Co-operative Credit Union, which was formed on the 2nd of March 1994, as a Non-
bank Co-operative financial organization that offers financial services to its registered members in the
form of deposits and loan schemes. The Union is registered under the Co-operative Societies Decree
of 1968 (NLCD252) with registration number GAR/P/FC/41 and affiliated to the Ghana Co-operative
Credit Unions Association. The main Office of the union is located at Legon in the Accra Chapter.
The Credit Union is governed by a Seven (7) member Board and supported by three (3) member each
of Loan and Supervisory Committees as well as three (3) member Education Committee.
OPERATIONS
The Credit Union is involved in rendering financial services to registered members in the form of:
“Savings and Loans”. Membership is opened to all students and staffs at the school, and its environs.
As a Co-operative Credit Union, it is regulated and supervised by the Department of Co-operatives and CUA Ltd respectively
